About the project
Relocation Mentors is a digital mentorship and migration-support platform that connects people planning to relocate, as well as recent migrants, with individuals who have practical experience navigating similar journeys.
The platform was created to reduce the information and support gaps that often make migration more difficult. Through one-to-one and group mentorship, practical guidance, career support, CV and SOP services, and access to experienced mentors, users can better prepare for relocation and navigate important stages of settlement.
As part of LifeDev Impact, Relocation Mentors reflects our view that migration and mobility can influence health and wellbeing. Access to reliable information, employment, income, housing, social support and essential services can shape how successfully people adjust to a new environment and maintain their overall wellbeing.
The platform does not replace licensed immigration, legal or healthcare professionals. Its role is to provide practical, experience-based mentorship and service navigation that helps people make better-informed decisions and feel more supported through major life transitions.
Relocation Mentors also creates an opportunity for experienced migrants to share what they have learnt and earn from providing structured mentorship to others.
